A Note about the Online Appendix

It includes descriptive statistics of all data used in the book, comprehensive results for all quantitative analyses presented in the book, and robustness checks or supplementary materials that are mentioned in the notes. It also features the data, code, and codebook necessary to replicate all statistical findings reported in both the book and the appendix.
